CONSTRUCTION
 

CONSTRUCTION SITE VISITS
Inspection/monitoring visits of construction/refurbishment sites to determine the extent that the Client's employees and/or sub-contractors are complying with construction health & safety and other relevant legislation and Company requirements for health & safety. A written report is produced highlighting those issues which are not, or potentially not, complying. A copy of the report is left with the on-site supervision with recommendations for any immediate action that could be taken. The Client receives a full written Report giving realistic recommendations and other relevant advice to achieve full compliance with the health & safety minimum requirements.

 
 
  BASIC SCAFFOLD INSPECTION
Carry out Basic Scaffold Inspections on 'independent access; putlog; tower; and birdcage' scaffolds, before use for the first time; after any substantial addition, dismantling or other alternation; after any event likely to have affected it's strength or stability; at regular intervals not exceeding 7 days since last inspection.
 
CONSTRUCTION DESIGN & MANAGEMENT
The Consultancy has a mutual association with HSQ Ltd., CDM Co-ordinators, to provide specialist health, safety and CDM Co-ordinator services under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 [CDM] to Clients undertaking work which falls within the scope of CDM.
 
 
  MACHINERY SAFETY
Inspection of existing equipment to determine whether it complies to minimum standards and to carry out machinery risk assessments under the Provision & Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998. Inspection on 'new'/second hand machinery/equipment before purchase and upon installation. Evaluation of operatives in the operation of any existing/new equipment.
