BRIEFINGS ON NEW LEGISLATION
Briefings will cover requirements laid down on duty holders in the organisation, possible offences, penalties, remedies and when the legislation comes into force.
Please remember IGNORANCE OF LEGISLATION IS NO DEFENCE IN LAW.
 
 

SERIOUS ACCIDENTS/INCIDENTS INVESTIGATION
Investigations into serious accidents/incidents can be time consuming. We can independently investigate any incident and produce a balanced report containing conclusions and recommendations to help prevent recurrences. Reports can be copied to Client's insurers and may assist the Client in any claims assessments/premiums negotiations.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING
Training in health & safety matters for employees is mandatory and should be repeated where appropriate. We can undertake health and safety training varying from short 'tool box talks' to longer seminars. Content of any training will be discussed and agreed with you.

 

 
 

GENERAL HEALTH, SAFETY, WELFARE AND FIRE SAFETY ADVICE
General advice on any aspect of health, safety & welfare at work and general advice on fire safety at work to employers, employees and others who might be affected by the work carried out by or in connection with an undertaking.

 
Remember that you could be held personally liable for any incident occurring in the workplace, especially if they occur in an area that is not complying with health & safety legislation.
